Jason J. Gentry is the founder of ISOHUB.US and an operations leader who builds systems that create clarity, speed, data security, and long-term value for funders and ISOs.
A USAF veteran, Jason supported the Department of Defense and Department of State as a contractor for seven years across Iraq and Afghanistan. He later built and scaled an 1,800-person outbound sales call center in the Philippines, including merchant cash advance lead generation and multiple other business verticals.
In merchant cash advance, Jason managed 250–300 submissions daily across multiple ISOs and underwriters. Recognizing that busy underwriters needed faster, clearer decisions, he developed a merchant grading system that allows underwriters to evaluate a deal in under three seconds. By doing the upfront work, he made the process easier, faster, and more trackable for everyone involved.
Jason also built a structured refinance and renewal program that drastically reduced stacking while tripling refinance rates, renewal rates, and long-term winbacks. Through consistent funder-led communication and processes, he turned one-time funded deals into ongoing relationships that benefited both ISOs and funders.
